Trespass Action Form
The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office Trespass Action Request allows the Sheriff’s office to take action on your behalf to keep trespassers off your property. This can be legally administered in accordance with California Penal Code section 602(o). By completing the document and submitting to SCSO, property owners can lawfully request the Sheriff’s office to enforce the provisions of California Penal Code section 602 and request any persons not having lawful business on your property to leave forthwith or be subject to arrest.
Although not required, RRPOA would apprecaite if you could also provide us with a copy so we can follow up with SCSO to ensure your form is recieved by the Sheriff and watch captain. Submit to Board Secretary Adriane Garayalde at garayalde@snowcrest.net.
